| Directions | Pre-heat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix dressing, cheese, and bacon bits. Add potatoes and toss lightly. Spoon into lightly-greased 9x13 pan and cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with parsley (optional). |
