| Directions | Cook all vegetables together in small amount of water until crisp tender. Grease casserole. Gently stir vegetables into rice and pour into casserole dish. Add soup and enough milk or vegetable broth to moisten. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese browns lightly. |
