| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread out crescent roll dough to fit pan.
- Crumble the sausage and brown in a skillet & drain.
- In the same skillet, cook hash browns in 2 T. of the butter, 10-12 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- In same skillet, melt 1 T. of butter, add eggs and scramble over medium heat.
- Sprinkle sausage, hash browns and eggs over the dough.
- Season with salt & pepper. Top with cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edge of pizza is browned.
