| Directions | To candy pecans, layer a pan with sugar and add a single layer of pecans. Over a medium heat, stir until well coated, then remove from heat. Whisk the dressing ingredients. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing immediately before serving so the salad doesn't get mushy. |
