| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds and lightly score inside of quash with several knife cuts. Place squash in a roasting pan with the inside of the squash facing up. Spoon butter and brown sugar equally into the squash halves. Bake for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Serves 2. |
