| Directions | Bring 4 1/2 C water to a boil. Add rice and soup mix. Boil 7 minutes. While boiling, brown sausage and drain. Add sausage and vegetables to mix. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350° or until liquid is absorbed. |
