Directions
Put broccoli in circle toward outer edge, arrange cauliflower over broccoli, place zucchini in center of platter, sprinkle with 2 T. of water, cover tightly and microwave on high 11-12 minutes. Let stand covered 2 minutes; while waiting melt together garlic salt and butter. Uncover, add tomatoes around edge, drizzle garlic salt/butter over all vegetables and sprinkle on cheese. Microwave 2 minutes on high.

-1 pound fresh broccoli, peeled, trimmed & cut inch 1/2 inch pieces
-1/2 head cauliflower cut inch even-sized florets (medium head)
-3 zucchinis, sliced (medium)
-2 tablespoons water
-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
-2 tomatoes, wedged (medium)
- Parmesan cheese
