| Directions | Combine first 5 ingredients and half of onion rings, mixing well. Spoon half of pea mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Top with half of cheese. Spoon remaining pea mixture over cheese and top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle remaining onion rings over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 6 servings. |
