| Directions | Grease 9x13-inch glass dish. Cook rice eliminating the seasoning. Layer rice, then broccoli, then ham, then mushrooms, then cheddar cheese. Mix soup, mayo, mustard & curry powder and spread on top. Then sprinkle the fresh parmesan over all. Bake 350° 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. |
