| Directions | Preheat oven to 350°. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 C. cheese, sour cream, 1/2 can of onions, and salt and pepper. Pour into shallow 1 qt. casserole. Bake covered 30 min. or until veggies are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions across top and bake uncovered 5 minutes. |
