| Directions | Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Cut potatoes in 1/4 inch baking slices. Toss with olive oil in a bowl. Place potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over potatoes. Cut onion in 1/4 inch slices, toss in same bowl and sprinkle onions on top of potatoes. Cook in oven for 20 min. Remove from oven and top with balsamic vinegar. Shake the pan to coat potatoes with vinegar. Put back in oven under broiler for 5 min. or until crispy around the edges. |
