| Directions | In large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, zucchini and red pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over veggies. Stir to coat. Transfer to an ungreased 13" x 9" baking dish. Bake uncovered 375° for 30-35 minutes. |
