| Directions |
- Wash and pat dry potatoes and cut them into quarters. Place them in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Add melted butter, parsley and dill together and stir. Drizzle mixture over potatoes, toss to coat evenly, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 375° for 35 - 40 minutes or until tender when poked with fork. Turn potatoes once or twice during the baking time.
