Cover Sweet Potatoes with Water and boil until almost done, (About 20 Minutes or until you can stick a fork in the Potato easily.) Drain and cool to handle, Peel and slice across into about 1/2" pieces. Melt 1 large stick of Butter in a large non stick skillet on medium heat. Lay Potatoes on bottom, single layer and sprinkle Brown Sugar over Potatoes. When Potatoes have browned and Caramelized, turn over and brown and Caramelize on other side. Good with Ham. |
