| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brown sausage and onion together and drain.
- Cook the rice and combine with the sausage/onion mixture.
- Add soups and 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese; stir to mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until casserole bubbles in the center. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
