| Directions | Brush pineapple with melted butter. Combine sugar, rum and cinnamon and dissolve sugar by cooking. Brush rum mixture over pineapple wedges. Place pineapple on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill for 3 minutes on each side. |
