| Directions | To prepare buttered bread crumbs, melt 2 tablespoon butter and slowly stir in bread crumbs. Put 1 cup potatoes in bottom of baking dish, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup white sauce and 1/3 cup buttered bread crumbs. Repeat twice. Bake in 350 over until crumbs are browned. |
