| Directions | Mix together oats, eggs, sage and onion. Let stand 20 minutes. Drop spoonfuls in skillet (use vegetable oil). Brown patties on both sides, then layer in baking dish. Mix 1 can mushroom soup, mushroom pieces and milk together and pour over patties. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top and between layers. Bake 1 hour at 350°. |
