 | Directions | Wash and cut cauliflower. Place cauliflower in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, less than 10 minutes. Drain water and top with cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand with a lid on while cheese melts over the cauliflower. |
