Honey Glazed Carrots - Recipe

Candied carrots that are sure to please. Soft and sweet carrots that are coated with honey butter and brown sugar. Who wouldn't like that?

Directions

Cook carrots in small amount of salted water for 10-15 minutes until fork tender; drain.

In a skillet, melt butter. Add brown sugar and honey. Simmer 1-2 minutes.

Add carrots and cook over low heat about 5 minutes, turning carrots to glaze.
