| Directions | Grease with butter a 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Chop jalapenos and cover bottom of dish (with or without seeds.) Cover with finely grated cheese. Gently pour well beaten eggs over with a dash of salt. Bake at 275° for 1 hour. |
