| Directions | Bring water and bouillon cubes to a boil in saucepan. Add rice. Simmer for about 20 minutes. While rice is cooking, simmer in a small saucepan: butter, parsley and garlic. When rice is done, add butter mixture. Individual serving suggestion: Top with salsa. |
