Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan with a lid over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until it starts to turn golden brown. Add zest of the lemon and stir. Add broccoli and water; cover. Cook until broccoli is heated through and has reached the desired tenderness. NOTE: You can use a package of frozen broccoli florets, but water is not necessary. Squeeze on lemon juice and stir well to coat. Season with salt and pepper. |
