| Directions | Mix melted butter, onion, soup, sour cream, whipping cream, salt and pepper together. Add hash browns and mix well. Spread in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. For topping: Melt butter and leave in pan, off burner. Mix in crushed corn flakes. Spread on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. |
