| Directions | Combine spinach (I use 8 c) with small amount of water in a saucepan. Cook over med heat, drain. Sauté green onions in butter. In a bowl, combine green onions and spinach, mix. Stir in artichoke hearts, sour cream (I use 1 c white sauce with 1 c sour cream), cheese, lemon juice, garlic salt and nutmeg. Put into 2 qt baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 min or until bubbly. |
