| Directions | Soak the dry beans overnight. Drain off the water; add fresh water to cover & cook for 20-45 minutes or until done but firm. Add 1 tsp. baking soda to beans and continue to boil for 10 minutes. Drain & rinse. Mix together the remaining ingredients to make a sauce and pour over the beans. Place in crock pot on low for 6-7 hours. So good with homemade bread! |
