| Directions | Melt butter in skillet. Add onions, peppers and corn kernels. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cream. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Combine cheese and parsley. Sprinkle over top. Cover and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or till heated through. |
