Directions
Bake pie shell 375° for 10 minutes. Drain salmon. Cook spinach & drain. Combine spinach, cheeses, salt & thyme. Mash salmon & line pie crust. Spoon spinach mixture on top. Combine eggs & milk. Pour over salmon & spinach. Bake 375° 45 minutes. Rest 10 minutes before serving.

-1 can pink salmon
-1 box frozen spinach
-1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack
-4 ounces cream cheese, softened
-1/2 teaspoon Salt
-1/2 teaspoon thyme
-4 eggs beaten
-1 cup milk
