Directions
Mix water, grits, and bouillon until thick. Fry and crumble sausage; drain. Mix grits and sausage, fold in remaining ingredients, and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Best if served warm.

-1 cup quick grits
-3 1/2 cups water
-2 beef bouillon cubes
-1 pound sausage, browned and drained
-1 1/2 sticks butter
-4 eggs, beaten
-2 3/4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
