 | Directions |
- In a 3-quart saucepan, add oil, rice and onion. Cook until rice is milky white (5 minutes).
- Add garlic and stir until fragrant; add chicken broth and salt; bring to a full boil.
- Turn down to a simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- Uncover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
