| Directions | Add cucumbers and yogurt together in a bowl. In a fry pan, heat cumin about 1 minute, stirring. Add to mixture, with ginger, and salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with paprika, chill for at least a 1/2 hour before serving. Serves 4. |
