Roasted Baked Potatoes - Recipe

Seasoned to perfection, these potatoes leave the plain old whole baked potatoes in the dust. The tender inside and the crisply outer later are great together. Dip them in ketchup and sour cream.

Roasted Baked Potatoes Recipe
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Boil for 10-12 minutes.

Drain and place the potatoes in a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and fresh rosemary. Bake at 425 degrees 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.

NOTE: You can use dried rosemary, but use much less.
