| Directions | In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onions, salt and pepper; cook until onions are golden, about 10 minutes. Add sugar. Cook onions until onions are caramelized, 3 minutes or longer. Add sherry, balsamic vinegar, blueberries and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Slice meat into thin slices and serve with sauce. 4 servings |
