| Directions | Preheat oven to 400°. Wash and dry the squash. Cut off each end and discard ends. Cut squash lengthwise along the life line. Scoop out seeds with a spoon, then cut squash into pieces. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with squash. Bake until soft. |
