| Directions | Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap the beets individually in foil, sprinkling 1 T. water on each before sealing the foil. Bake for 1 hour or until tender all the way through. The peel slips off easily once they are cooked. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. |
