| Directions | Wrap bacon around tenderloin and secure with toothpicks if needed. Place in pan. Prepare marinade by combining remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over meat and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning to marinate both sides. Bake at 325° for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Save marinade for dipping or for gravy. Great with mashed potatoes. |
