| Directions | Peel pears. Remove core and put through food processor. Combine pears, sugar, pineapple and sure-jell. Cook until mixture is thick and pears are clear (about 20 minutes). Pack hot into sterlized jars, seal and process 10 minutes in hot water at simmering temperature. |
