Cream oil and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Blend well, stir in apples and nuts. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 300° for 1 hours and 30 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before removing from pan.
Glaze
Mix and bring ingredients to boil; boil for 1 minute. Drizzle over cake.
