Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix 2 c. flour with soda and spices. Sprinkle 1/2 c. flour over mixed fruit. Add flour mixture to first mixture with milk and whiskey. Add fruit mixture. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
Note: For more flavor, leave batter overnight in refrigerator before baking.
