| Directions | Add V8 tomato juice and all other vegetables in a large pot. Cook until tender or desired consistency on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked rice or pasta if desired. Note: May add other seasonings you prefer like basil, bay leaves, garlic, oregano, etc. You could add any cooked meat you prefer like ground turkey, chicken or beef. Serves 6 - 8 people |
