 | Directions |
- Beat eggs. Add sugar, cornstarch and salt to eggs.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly while adding pineapple juice gradually. Heat until thickened (pudding consistency). Cool.
- Toss apples, grapes and bananas. Serve dressing over Apple Salad.
