| Directions | Cook peeled and sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced celery and chopped onion until tender. Then add softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup melted butter, one can cream of chicken soup, 2 cups milk and fried and crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together well and heat. Do not boil. Serves 10 to 12. |
