For FIRST LAYER, mix raspberry JELL-O with 2 cups boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour in a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate until set.
For SECOND LAYER, dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Mix together with milk, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Pour over first layer and refrigerate until set
For THIRD LAYER, mix blueberry JELL-O with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add blueberries. Pour over second layer and chill for 4 hours.
Top with whipped topping.
