| Directions | In a small saucepan, combine the currant jelly and red wine vinegar. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Meanwhile, combine in a large salad bowl, the spinach, craisins, sliced strawberries, and sliced almonds. Top with cool dressing and serve immediately. |
