Butternut Squash Chili - Recipe

Directions
Brown together ground beef, onion and garlic.

Add tomatoes, beans, squash, broth, cumin and chili powder.

Bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in corn.

Cook uncovered 15 minutes until squash is tender and chili has thickened.

-1 onion chopped (medium)
-2 cloves minced garlic
-2 cans stewed tomatoes (14.5 ounce)
-2 cans kidney beans
-2 cups cubed butternut squash
-1 cup beef broth
-1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
-1 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
-1 cup frozen corn
