| Directions | In large pot, boil the chicken broth. Add hash browns and ham. Cook until hash browns are tender. In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of flour. Slowly add to the broth mixture. Add the remaining 4 cups of milk. Stir and add the 6 cups of cheese. Simmer. |
