| Directions | In slow cooker layer potatoes and onions. Add salt and pepper. Pour broth on top. It will not cover all potatoes. Cover and cook on high 6-8 hours or low 4-6 hours. Cook until tender. Add half and half. Cover and cook on high 20 minutes longer. Top with crumbled bacon, cheese and green onions. |
