| Directions | Combine chicken, broth, tomatoes, corn, beans, and seasonings in a large pan. Heat to boiling. Cook at a low boil for 30 minutes. To serve, break a few tortilla chips in the bottom of your bowl. Add soup. Top with cheese, sliced avocado, sour cream and some more totilla chips. Squeeze on fresh lime juice to taste. Can be easily doubled for a large group. |
