| Directions | Remove casing from sausage, In a large saucepan or dutch oven over medium heat, brown sausage and onion. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, broth and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add rotini, simmer 15 minutes more or until pasta is tender. Makes 4 servings. Best if made the day before and past added the second day. |
