Directions
Cover pan and boil potatoes, onions, smokies, basil and garlic salt until potatoes are soft. Remove form heat and stir in cheese chunks until melted.

-5 pounds potatoes, chunked and cooked
-1 pound little smokie links- cut inch half
-2 teaspoons basil
-8 cups water-plus water used to cook the potatoes
-1 onion-diced
-1 teaspoon garlic salt
-3/4 pound Velveeta Cheese-cut into chunks
